The City of Whigham provides electrical, water and household garbage services to customers in the city limits. We are a member of the Electric Cities of Georgia. For questions about your utility bill or for service, please contact City Hall at (229)762-4215 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 P.M.

All utility bills are due by the 10th day of each month. Bills that are not paid by 5:00 p.m. on the 10th of the month are subject to a 10 percent late fee. If bills are not paid by 5:00 p.m. on the 15th of the month, service will be cut-off without prior notice. A $30 delinquent fee will be charged on all bills not paid by 5:00 p.m. on the 15th of the month. A $50 after hours delinquent fee will be charged for reconnects after 3 p.m.
